At present, the main method to improve the weather resistance of PP is to add anti-aging auxiliaries. Although there are a lot of suitable for PP material in the market now anti-aging agent varieties, but directly adding anti-aging agent production methods often makes additives dispersed in the product is uneven, resulting in a reduction in anti-aging efficacy of non-woven industry, in particular, the method is easy to cause broken wires in non-woven fabric production process, affect the normal production and reduce the production efficiency. In anti-aging of PP non-woven fabric, mainly to join the weather resistance when in the production of masterbatch, currently on the market for non-woven fabric of weather resistance of modified additives system and most of the products supplied by foreign companies, some domestic enterprises producing this kind of weather resistance masterbatch, but the amount is larger, because this product's price is higher, increase the cost of the enterprise, compressing the relevant corporate profits, domestic manufacturer of anti-aging non-woven fabrics mainly export-oriented, undoubtedly hindered the rapid development of weather resistance non-woven industry in our country.

This paper makes a comparative study of its application in PP non-woven fabric with foreign similar imported ones.
1. Basic performance of ls-133w of PP non-woven fabric

2. Mechanical properties of PP nonwoven fabric before and after aging

3 PP grey standard before and after aging

4 conclusion
(1) the failure rate and elongation rate of PP nonwovens were significantly reduced after the non-woven PP nonwovens were aged by xenon, far from meeting the requirements of outdoor practical application.

(3) with the same amount of added amount (2.5wt %), the anti-aging performance of the ms-133w is significantly better than that of the foreign anti-aging mother grain, and the cost performance is more competitive.
